Their sparkling brunch is one of the best offers in town, and it makes for a perfect special occasion celebration.

If you’re happy with prosecco, then you can have a delicious brunch dish plus four glasses of prosecco for £30 per person.

If you really fancy treating yourself, then upgrade to four glasses of Moët & Chandon Impérial Champagne for £50 per person.

We all deserve to splash out every now and again, after all!

When you order any brunch dish here, you’ll be able to enjoy any of the cocktails on the main menu, or a glass of fizz for only £5.

Now that’s a bargain if I ever saw one!

Bar Soba is popular with students for its incredibly good value offers, and their boozy brunch offer is one of the best they have.

This Asian fusion street food restaurant serves up some of the yummiest food in town, and you can try it as part of their brunch offering, you lucky things!

For £30 per person, you get a delicious dish plus four cocktails, glasses of bubbly or bottled beer.

Their melon ball gin fizz cocktails are dreamy, so they’d be my drink of choice.

Be sure to try the cauliflower katsu curry – it’s amazing!

The Newsroom Bar & Eatery is perfect for every kind of drinker, no matter what you’re looking for.

From lazy boozy brunches to cocktail hours, quiz nights to quick bites, there’s something to suit every taste here.

From what I can tell, their boozy brunch isn’t necessarily an existing offer, but there are plenty of delicious tipples on offer to ensure that you leave here pleasantly tipsy.

They also have a bunch of sharing cocktails on offer for £18.50 each – one of those each would probably be the perfect amount for a boozy brunch!

Be sure to pay this one a visit.

Las Iguanas certainly know how to throw a fiesta, so you know their bottomless brunch is likely to be a treat.

It’s one of the best places to go for bottomless brunch in Edinburgh by a mile!

For £29.95 per person, you’ll be treated to a starter of nachos plus a main of your choice and four boozy beverages to get the party started.

Opt for the caipirinhas – these are some of my favourite cocktails in the world, they’re just great!

Food-wise, the enchiladas and the burritos are fantastic options, especially if you’re looking for something to line the stomach well!

6. Brewhemia

They believe that weekends were made for decadent brunching with the best company, and they’re on a mission to make Brewhemian brunch the best around.

Their Bluesy, Boozy Brunches are available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am, and they’re truly amazing.

They bring in some of the city’s best musicians and have them play live on the Beer Palace stage, and there’s no other brunch experience like it.

I’m not sure about the price, but I’m sure it will be worth it for the live music alone.

I’ve not even mentioned their legendary bloody Marys yet!

7. Cold Town House

Cold Town House is easily one of the best rooftop bars in Edinburgh.

I’m gutted that I didn’t know they did a boozy brunch when I visited, because I would have been all over that!

The rooftop terrace of the bar offers stunning views of Edinburgh Castle, and you won’t find many nicer spots in town for a drink.

Their boozy brunch is just £25 per person, which gets you four cocktails each and a delicious sharing brunch platter.

The platter includes everything from waffles to eggs Florentine on pizza dough, and it’s all delicious, or so I hear.

Pair it with a couple of gingerbread espresso martinis and you’ve got a recipe for the best brunch ever!

Go for the Spanish chorizo rosti with cheese and poached eggs, and pair it with the pink peach passion slushie.

For me, it would have to be the forest fruit pancakes washed down with some of their delightful mimosas.
