Bottomless Brunch Torquay: 7 Best Brunches to Try [2024]

by

Having lived in Devon for a good few years, I’ve visited Torquay countless times.

With its charming coastline, gorgeous gardens, and buzzing atmosphere, it’s no surprise that this seaside town is so popular with tourists.

But what about its nightlife?

Well, luckily for you, there are some amazing places to go for bottomless brunch in Torquay.

They’ve got everything here, whether you’re seeking an Instagrammable brunch, a brunch in a pub garden, or even a brunch with bottomless food.

So without further ado, here’s my round-up of the 7 best places to go for bottomless brunch in Torquay!

1. Park Lane

Address: 1 Torwood St, Torquay TQ1 1ED

Phone number: 01803 214446

Price: From £22 per person

Known for its pizza, cocktails, karaoke, and ping pong, Park Lane is always a good time.

Enter the restaurant and you’ll be met by dim lighting, neon pink lights, and lots of greenery, making for very Instagrammable surroundings.

Not only is their bottomless brunch one of my favourites in the area but it’s also one of the most wallet-friendly too!

For just £22 per person, you can enjoy free-flowing fizz, alongside unlimited pizza or pancakes.

Yep, that’s right: Park Lane allows you to go bottomless on food, as well as alcohol.

How generous are these guys?!

Their pizza is the stuff of dreams, so I’d recommend going bottomless on that if I were you.

Menu highlights include pollo ad astra, American hot, and a spinach and roasted vegetable pizza that can be made vegan on request!

Alternatively, if pancakes are more your thing don’t worry because they’re super tasty too.

From chocolate and red berries to streaky bacon and maple syrup, they’ll have some pancakes with your name on them.

And if Prosecco isn’t your drink of choice don’t worry because you can enjoy bottomless G&Ts for £24.50 or bottomless cocktails for £29.50 instead.

Pretty great value for money, huh?!

If this brunch sounds good to you then you can enjoy it at Park Lane from noon to 6 pm every Saturday and Sunday.

2. Rock Garden Bar Café

Address: 40-42 Swan St, Torquay TQ2 5ES

Phone number: 01803 200558

Price: From £25 per person

If you’re reading this article in the summer, there’s no better place to enjoy a bottomless brunch in the sunshine than Rock Garden Bar Café.

Their huge beer garden is an absolute suntrap and one of the best pub gardens in town.

However, come rain or shine, Rock Garden is here to impress with its tasty wood-fired pizzas and cocktails.

Their bottomless brunch is available from 11 am to 3 pm every single day of the week, and prices start at just £25 per person.

For this, you get 90 minutes of unlimited Prosecco, mimosas, or Kir royales, or alternatively, you can upgrade to all their cocktails for an extra fiver.

As for food, you have two options: For One and For Two.

If you go for the former, you’ll get to enjoy a brunch dish, jacket potatoes, ciabattas, and salads.

Or alternatively, if you go for the latter, you’ll be sharing three starters/small plates, any pizza or nachos, and fries, wedges, or a side salad between you and a friend.

Yum!

Everything Rock Garden serves is super tasty so you’re in for a treat no matter what you pick.

(I’d recommend sharing though!)

You must pre-book this one in advance so book ahead to avoid disappointment.

3. Revolution

Address: Winter Gardens, Torquay TQ2 5DZ

Phone number: 01803 229502

Price: From £30 per person

Revolution is well-known across the UK for being a great place for a party.

And luckily for you, they do a fantastic bottomless brunch in Torquay, too.

Their bottomless brunch is great value for money, with prices starting from just £30 per person for one brunch dish and a whopping two hours of bottomless cocktails, beer, and fizz.

How generous is that?!

However, if you’re feeling extra boujee, you can upgrade to their premium bottomless brunch instead.

An extra £10 per person will get you pornstar martinis and vodka and tonics alongside all the regular drinks.

The upgrade is worth it for the pornstar martinis, surely!

As for food, you could be enjoying anything from a brunch grill and loaded hash browns to a brunch pizza and avocado on sourdough.

They’ve got all the brunch classics and then some!

You can also upgrade to any burger on their menu for £2.50 if you fancy it.

Revolution’s bottomless brunch takes place every Thursday to Sunday between 11 am and 4 pm giving you plenty of chance to book in.

What more could you want from a bottomless brunch?

4. Thyme Out Torbay

Address: 37-38 Fleet St, Torquay TQ2 5DJ

Phone number: 01803 396024

Price: £25 per person

Take some much-needed time out from your busy schedule at Thyme Out.

This punnily-named cafe is a lovely locally-owned cafe situated in the heart of town.

Now this may not be the most obvious place you’d expect to go out for drinks but Thyme Out is a real underdog on the bottomless brunch scene!

They serve bottomless brunch from 10 am to 4:30 pm every day so they’re here to help you have fun no matter what day of the week it is.

And for just £25, their brunch doesn’t break the bank either.

For this, you get 90 sweet minutes of free-flowing Prosecco and cocktails, as well as one of their delicious brunch dishes.

Their cocktail list isn’t short either!

Have your pick from Dark and Stormy, blue lagoon, Moscow mule, mojito, gin and mixer, and vodka and mixer.

Not bad, huh?

As for food, you have free reign over their brunch menu which ranges from full English breakfasts and eggs Benedict to chicken tenders and breakfast waffles.

However, if you’d like to upgrade to any dish from their main menu, you can do so for an extra £4.95 per person.

Worth it for the vegan fish and chips or the Mediterranean vegetable flatbread, I’d say!

Whatever you order, Thyme Out never disappoints so you’re in for a treat if you choose here for your bottomless brunch in Torquay.

5. Las Iguanas

Address: Abbey Crescent, 4 Abbey Sands, Torbay Rd, Torquay TQ2 5FB

Phone number: 01803 308378

Price: From £31.95 per person

Las Iguanas are legends on the Latin American food scene here in the UK so it’s no surprise that this is one of the best places to go for bottomless brunch in Torquay.

Their brunch is available every single day of the week so they’re here to help no matter what day you want to have a fiesta!

For £31.95 per person, you’ll get a delicious main course and two hours of unlimited cocktails, Corona, Prosecco or mocktails.

Their cocktail list is seriously long so you’re in for a treat here.

We’re talking pornstar rum punch, mango and strawberry spritz, watermelon vodka fizz, mango collins, Cuba libre, huana party, raspberry collins, caipirinha, passion sour bomb, pina colada, long island iced tea, and strawberry caipirinha.

Phew, that’s a lot!

Their food menu is just as diverse, with dishes from Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Cuba and beyond.

I love the fiesta salad but the sweet potato triple tacos are also a fan favourite.

Pick your favourite dish and get ready for a Latin American fiesta.

6. Yates

Address: 15-16 Strand, Torquay TQ1 2AA

Phone number: 01803 229484

Price: From £20 per person

Yates is somewhere that needs no introduction.

Their bottomless brunch will set you back just £20 and you get some great bang for your buck.

For this price, you get to enjoy one brunch dish and 90 glorious minutes of free-flowing Prosecco, Carling, Foster’s, Strongbow, and Strongbow Dark Fruit.

This makes it a great option for those who prefer beer over cocktails!

However, if you are more of a cocktail person (and who could blame you?!), don’t worry because you can upgrade to pornstar martini, pink gintini, or Aperol spritz for an extra tenner.

As for the food, the menu is short but sweet!

Have your pick from a full English breakfast, a full veggie breakfast, a breakfast wrap, and scrambled eggs on toast.

Alternatively, if none of those takes your fancy, you can upgrade to an even bigger full English or a selection of burgers for just £3 extra.

These include a beef burger, chicken burger, and a plant-based burger for any vegans in the house!

If this brunch sounds good to you then just remember to pre-book it in advance – you won’t want to miss out.

7. Twelve Twenty

Address  9 Wolborough St, Newton Abbot TQ12 1JR

Phone number: 01626 330488

Price: £35 per person

My final recommendation is situated a 13-minute drive or 11-minute train journey out of Torquay in Newton Abbot but this is a bottomless brunch that’s worth travelling for!

Twelve Twenty is a gorgeous pub with an enviable food and drinks menu and a 10/10 brunch.

It’s available from 10 am to 3 pm every single day of the week and costs £35 per person.

For this, you get one brunch dish and two hours of unlimited cocktails.

For drinks, you’ll get to mix and match Prosecco, espresso martini, pink gin martini, pornstar martini, strawberry daiquiri, pina colada, sex on the beach, long island and raspberry cooler.

Pretty dreamy, huh?!

As for food, they have six dishes for you to choose from.

We’re talking a cheeseburger, chicken burger, veggie burger, margherita pizza, pepperoni pizza, and a breakfast baguette.

I’d definitely go for a veggie burger with chips and start the drinking session with a pink gin martini.

Yum!

Twelve Twenty never disappoints so you won’t regret picking it for your bottomless brunch in Torquay (even if it means travelling out of Torquay to enjoy it!).

You must book this one in advance so please do so to avoid disappointment.

So there you have it: my complete round-up of all the best places to go for bottomless brunch in Torquay.

This coastal town may not be the most obvious choice for a night (or day!) out but thanks to these guys, you can party in style.

However, if none of these has caught your eye, why not try out a bottomless brunch in Exeter instead?

These brunches are worth travelling for, I promise!
