Located just a stone’s throw away from Liverpool’s famous waterfront, Carpathia offers breathtaking views of Albert Dock, The Strand and the Three Graces, all as you’ve never seen them before – from the sky!
They have a wide selection of delicious stylish cocktails to complement your experience.

It’s a wonderful place to catch the sun setting over Liverpool, and it’s not too big, meaning that it feels reasonably intimate, which is always a win.
But there’s still plenty of space for a good vibe to get going up here.
Another huge plus is that they’re big on using local produce, which is what we love to see!
Their The Spicy One burger sounds like my actual dream come true.

5. 14 Bar & Grill

14 Bar & Grill offers some of the best panoramic views of the city, all the way up on the 14th floor!
This is one of the best spots for catching the sunset while indulging in a gorgeous meal and a cocktail or two.
And trust me when I say the views are worth the journey up to the 14th floor.
They specialise in contemporary small plates, and there’s a really eclectic mix on offer.
Sushi? They’ve got that.
Mini shepherd’s pie? All yours.
Korean lamb chops? You’re in the right place.
You get the idea – they have a bit of everything here, and all of it is paired with an unbeatable view!
6. Goodness Gracious

Goodness Gracious is the rooftop bar at Oh Me Oh My, and it very much warrants the over-the-top name it has!
It’s a secret rooftop spot which is made for boozing up high in the sky, and it’s perfect if you want to catch a few rays while sipping on your drinks.
There’s loads of comfy seating scattered around, and it’s literally perfect if you want a great Instagram pic against the backdrop of the Liverpool skyline.

7. Five

Five is one of Liverpool’s nicest rooftop bars.
Offering up Ibiza party vibes and stunning sights of the city, Five hosts amazing DJs and musicians, as well as serving up a wicked bottomless brunch in Liverpool at the weekends.
In winter they set up gorgeous alpine lodges, which are fully heated and decorated as a winter paradise, as well as being decked out with Bluetooth speakers which you are free to connect to.

How about Pedro’s World Famous Hot Dog Pizza, or their ridiculous pizza nachos, which do exactly what they say on the tin?

If you want to play some games when you’re a couple of hours into drinking, then head downstairs.
Here you can get competitive with their bowling and shuffleboard options, which are made for having fun!
12. Mamasan

Mamasan is a super-chic three-floor Asian restaurant which is fast becoming one of Liverpool’s favourite spots to wine and dine.
Their urban-garden rooftop terrace is a glorious sun trap which makes for the perfect location for a drink or two under their cute fairy lights.
They often run fun events like their Rooftop Terrace Disco, which features an incredible DJ line-up and some cracking drink offers for people who venture up there for the events.

The cuisine is elegant, the views are unmatched, and the vibes are sophisticated at this incredible restaurant.
It’s Liverpool’s highest fine dining restaurant, and I can’t think of anywhere better to celebrate a special occasion in the city, if I’m honest.
From afternoon tea to Sunday lunch, they do everything absolutely wonderfully here at Panoramic 34.
And the views of the city make it ten thousand times more exciting.
It literally doesn’t get better than this, trust me.
15. Round the Corner
