Price per night: From $99 for 2 people

Location: Elgin, nr Austin

You won’t find many yurts as stylish as those at Green Acres Yurts.

Beautifully designed with handpicked finds, it’s clear to see that a lot of love has gone into the two yurts.

They both comprise a queen-size bed, organic bedding, a writers desk, and lounge area, as well as heaters and air-conditioning.

You’ll also enjoy complimentary coffee, gourmet s’mores, and farm-fresh eggs to get your stay off to a great start!

However, if these yurts somehow haven’t persuaded you, the site is also home to a tiny house, airstream, and a luxury lodge. Talk about choice!

What guests say: “This place is HEAVEN. I came here for a spiritual retreat to connect with the earth and let me tell you what… this place delivered. From doing yoga on the yurt’s porch to taking strolls with my dog to laying on the grass beside the fire pit looking at the stars, this place was exactly what I needed!”

Or, if the weather’s not on your side, there are a bunch of board games ready for you to dive into!

What guests say: “We really enjoyed it. The yurt was comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom was also very nice – not like roughing it at all. Cornhole, a fire pit, and easy access to put in our kayaks all added to the experience. The chorus of songbirds in the morning was lovely. The hosts were welcoming.”
