Price per night: From £125 for 2 people

Location: Lower Withington, nr Whisterfield

Welltrough Hall Farm Woodland Hut is easily one of my favourite places to go glamping in Cheshire for that spacious decking alone.

I mean, evenings don’t get much better than dining alfresco before heading for a long dip in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly in hand!

Oh, and did I mention that the views are unreal too? However, this hut is so much more than its surroundings.

Inside, the adult-only hut is beautifully furnished to the highest standard, with a double bed, kitchen, TV, ensuite, and so much more!

Get me here pronto.

What guests say: “It was just perfect. The wood-fired hot tub is the most romantic touch, and the views from the hot tub, and even the bed are just phenomenal. It had everything we needed… a comfy bed, a TV with Netflix, heating, a beautiful outdoor seating area, I honestly couldn’t fault it! It is so quiet and secluded, and the place was also SPOTLESS!”

2. Welltrough Hall Farm Glamping Pods

Price per night: From £71 for 2 people

Location: Lower Withington, nr Whisterfield

Set on the same scenic farm as the Woodland Hut, you’ll find a handful of gorgeous little Glamping Pods that all benefit from their own wood-fired hot tubs.

And let’s be honest, hot tub views don’t get much better than this.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of a 270-acre working farm, the views are to die for.

Plus, you’re only two fields away from a country pub. Not bad, huh?

This adult-only pod really is the ultimate budget-friendly romantic getaway for two.

Inside you’ll find a double bed, kitchen, and en-suite, making for a very comfortable break away.

What guests say: “Nick the owner is friendly and helpful. The site is immaculate with stunning views. We enjoyed the farm walk and the on-site animals. The pod itself was fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub and finishing touches such as the fairy lights and hanging baskets. Lovely atmosphere, completely peaceful and totally what we needed.”

No matter how you spend your time here, I promise it’ll be a stay to remember.

What guests say: “Wow wow wow – where do we start?! My partner got to the gate before me and got inside, he was so wowed he knew he had to film my reaction when I walked through the gate – I just fell in love and couldn’t believe how incredible this place was. We were able to completely switch off, relax and eat cheese and wine until we had a bath on deck and then rolled into bed.”

I can’t get enough of Lloyds Meadow Bell Tents. They just scream romance!

I’m already daydreaming about cosying up in one of them on a warm summer evening while taking in the twinkling of fairy lights and lanterns around me.

If that’s not a little slice of heaven, I don’t know what is.

These luxury five-metre bell tents are each nestled in their own private area by one of the lakes to ensure complete peace and privacy.

But if the scenic surroundings are somehow not enough to convince you to book a stay here, you’ve also got award-winning mattresses and high quality 12 tog feather and down duvets to do the trick!

This really is the best of both worlds.

And best of all, they both benefit from incredible views over a small wooded area with a stream babbling through it.

What guests say: “The Lodge was wonderfully equipped and comfortable and the gypsy caravan has been restored beautifully and was surprisingly comfortable. Little Idyll Shepherds Huts really are idyllic.

I’m not sure what I love more about this place: the beautiful interiors or the outdoor dining set-up.

Well, while I worry about whether I’m going to enjoy my breakfast alfresco or cosied up inside, you can start soaking up the gorgeous interior and surroundings.

The huts benefit from bespoke oak fitted furniture, handmade kitchen units, and electrics and plumbing, so you’re really not left wishing for anything more!

What guests say: “Our trip was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hut is located on a farm in the most idyllic, secluded spot overlooking acres of fields.
