There may not be hundreds to choose from, but who needs quantity when the quality is this good?

So, without further ado, let’s get stuck in and find your new favourite glamping site!

You’ll be sure to fall head over heels with at least one of these beauties.

1. Wigwam Holidays Orchard Stables

exterior-of-wigwam-holidays-orchard-stables-in-the-daytime

Price per night: From £155 for 4 guests

Location: Collingham, nr Newark

Wigwam Holidays Orchard Stables is an absolute gem of a glamping site.

On arrival, you can expect a friendly greeting from the resident horses, as the site is located on a 23-acre equestrian centre.

The site is crisscrossed by footpaths and bridleways that lead to beautiful nature reserves and bird sanctuaries, so if you love to explore, then be sure to bring your walking boots.

Each wigwam sleeps up to four people, and they’re all an absolute treat.

Some of the wigwams also have hot tubs, so if you’re on the hunt for spots to go glamping with a hot tub in Lincolnshire, then this one will tick all the boxes.

The wigwams are equipped with everything you could need, including a fire pit and BBQ that’s perfect for cooking al fresco.

P.S. We’ve also got you covered if you’d prefer to look elsewhere for romantic getaways in the UK with a hot tub, you lucky things!

What guests say: “Booked a trip for the second time, but invited friends to join this time – absolutely amazing as always! Never fails to amaze with the cleanliness and stunning views, lucky for us the horses were nearby still and were absolutely lovely to view. Definitely recommend, this was a break worth paying for :)”

2. Lincolnshire Glamping Safari Tents

exterior-of-one-of-the-tents-at-lincolnshire-glamping-safari-tents-in-the-daytime

Price per night: From £125 for 6 guests

Location: Tetford

Lincolnshire Glamping Safari Tents is the home of luxury glamping in Lincolnshire.

Set in the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, these gorgeous safari tents offer views of some of the county’s best scenery.

There are three tents to choose from, each of which is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

You can even try your hand at horse riding at their livery yard if you fancy it!

A stroll out through the countryside will bring you to Tetford’s village pub, which is a great choice if you don’t fancy cooking in your new home away from home.

The outdoor decking offers a peaceful place to sit and enjoy your favourite book with a glass of wine, glancing up every now and then to take in the jaw-dropping views.

This glamping site really is the definition of idyllic!

What guests say: “Stayed over a weekend and the location is beautiful, set in amongst the farm with the horse paddocks adjacent. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure myself and my three-year-old were well settled in and provided for (the special loan of a projecting lighting effect lamp for her entertainment made the end of her evening). Tents are very new and crisp and clean and very well furnished, big patio areas facing the setting sun, lots of fuel for the fire pit BBQ come pizza oven and well-kept grass communal areas outside the tents with lots of privacy between them.”

3. Big Sky Hideaway Schoolbus

exterior-of-big-sky-hideaway-schoolbus-in-the-early-evening-glamping-lincolnshire

Price per night: From £179 for 6 guests

Location: Brothertoft

The Big Sky Hideaway Schoolbus is one of the most unique glamping sites around.

It can sleep up to six people, and it’s an absolute treat.

It’s a converted American school bus that was once featured in an earthquake movie, so you’re pretty much living a movie star’s life by choosing to stay here!

The bus is tucked away in a private corner of the Big Sky glamping site, with its very own garden and an outdoor fire bowl to keep you toasty in the evenings.

You’ll also have access to the site’s community barn, where you can play a spot of table tennis if you want to indulge in a little healthy competition.

The driver’s seat of the bus has been left intact, offering the perfect selfie opportunity.

Be wary that it can get chilly in here in winter – it’s not easy to insulate a bus!

As far as I’m concerned, though, this is the dream glamping stay.

They’ve also got a bunch of other options to choose from if you fancy checking those out!

What guests say: “Stayed in the school bus for a festival this weekend with my two daughters and granddaughter. The bus has everything you need for cooking and eating. The beds are comfortable, I had the super king and had two great nights of sleep. Dave and Emma are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble – I would highly recommend!”

4. The Three Horseshoes Glamping

There are three tents to choose from, with each being just as lovely as the next.

Their motto is that the best times are Nest times, and they’re not wrong!

Each tent sleeps up to six people comfortably, and there is also space to fit an additional two cots.

Beautifully designed space, in a wonderful location with sunset views each evening over the lake – a tranquil spot, yet an amazing place for an adventure. We loved toasting marshmallows on the fire pit and had a fun time with the canoes on the lake. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after that and some wild swimming – and the cinema night was brilliant (even if we needed to bring it indoors as we encountered some nippy evenings!). We all had a truly wonderful weekend.”

Price per night: From £79 for 2 guests or from £95 for 2 adults and 2 children

Location: Stewton, Louth

Stewton Stars Hideaway is one of my favourite glamping sites.

It’s a tranquil rural retreat that offers the perfect place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the city.

The site is perfectly located between the sandy beaches of the East Coast and the pretty green hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, offering plenty of gorgeous spots to explore.

The site’s name originates from its peaceful location with no nearby light pollution, meaning it’s one of the best places around to enjoy gazing at the starry night sky.

There’s a gorgeous glamping hobbit house that can sleep two adults and two children, as well as two lovely cabins which sleep two people each.

Cosy up in your lavish egg chair by the fire and toast marshmallows as the day turns to night.

There’s nowhere else quite like this!

What guests say: “Three of us stayed in the Orion for two nights. Our stay was beyond our expectations, and everything we needed was provided without having to ask. The Orion itself is spectacular, it has a cosy and warm feeling to it, and the small details, such as the heated blankets, board games and cutlery/food essentials were much appreciated. If anyone is looking for a break away from the chaos of life, do not hesitate in booking a few nights away here. You will not be disappointed.”
